An offline corporate event in a format that is completely new to the company, marking the return to office work after the lockdowns
To hold a freedom and creativity festival in the Burning Man style. A true November rave that will immerse participants in the atmosphere of a Nevada utopia on the hottest grounds
Solution
THE CONCEPT
After a lengthy quarantine, the company's employees were burnt out and needed a reboot. That is why we framed the task as follows: there should be no spectators at the festival. Only active participants. Drawing on the philosophy of the Burning man festival, we decided to create such an environment so that, after the event, every guest would leave with an understanding: "I have made this world a better place"
THE ATMOSPHERE
To immerse our guests in the post-apocalyptic and steampunk atmosphere, we took them to the headquarters of the Night Wolves biker club.

SETTING THE BURNING MAN ON FIRE
Performers dressed as mythical characters performed mesmerizing shows, and in between, they blended with the crowd interacting with guests and posing with them for atmospheric photos
The Stavropol pop-rock band “Gradusi” headlined the festival. Alongside them, guests were treated to a blazing cover band, which kept those outside warm, and a DJ set, which rounded off the party
The country's best moto freestylers did somersaults and extreme stunts, jumping off a burning ramp set up right in the center of the venue
The highlight of the whole event was the triumphant burning of the 4-metre Burning Man figure, which, by the way, was built by the guests themselves. For greater effect, a literal fire-breathing dragon was set in motion
