About the project
Our team's tasks included:
The event was held offline in 4 cities simultaneously. An online webcast was organized for remote employees
— Turnkey organisation of the event in Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as the broadcasting
— Coordination of agencies in Limassol and Minsk
— Synchronization of the timing at 4 venues: All cities had to finish the program and connect to the teleconference at the scheduled time
— Preparation and recording of New Year's radio podcast, launch of the event website, and hosting the Secret Santa activity among the employees

One month before the event, we launched the event website with activities:

THE GRINCH SPECIAL
A unique menu was conceived for the event. Green punches and snacks with unconventional presentations and flavours - something that can pleasantly surprise the guests
PROGRAM

At a special stand with an animator, anyone could pick a bingo card with tasks and get gifts for completing them
Multi-echo
Each employee had the opportunity to record a greeting video for their colleagues and see the video on the big screen. At the offline venues, animators dressed up as New Year elves were particularly helpful in this task. They lured the guests in and helped them create a beautiful greeting
A SPECIAL GUEST
The Grinch, the main character of the event, left no guest unattended. He gladly took photos, pranked the guests, and even gave an interview in the style of Yurij Dud'
INTERACTIONS WITH THE HOST
Throughout the entire event, the guests were treated to a number of fun games:
- Assembling a huge jigsaw puzzle
- "Disco on New Year's Eve" - a dance battle while guessing the songs among the guests
- "Musical Statues" game with New Year's Eve situations.
All the interactive activities involved active interaction among the employees

TELECONFERENCE WITH THE CITIES
At the appointed hour, all 4 cities got connected with each other and were able to communicate freely. At each venue, the guests broke piñatas made in the style of a Playgendary game in a live broadcast
Corporate Tik Tok
At the very end, the Grinch, along with the host and all the guests, recorded a Tik Tok video with a dance, which at the end was followed by a paper show and a cover band performance
ONLINE BROADCAST
An online broadcast with its own host and program was organized specifically for the remote employees of the company. During the breaks, the broadcast switched to the main venue in St. Petersburg to convey the overall festive atmosphere to employees' homes
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have successfully implemented various formats of online projects

What an awesome corporate party we had at Playgendary! Knock, knock, knock on wood, so as not to scare off any offline events in 2022, stay healthy and happy :) we even did a Tik Tok dance for you!
Kudos to all the praise! It really was LEGENDARY! The atmosphere, the music, the presents, the food, the bingo, the "What kind of Grinch are you?" quiz (I love quizzes) - a year's worth of emotions!
It was unbelievably awesome! Both separately, in detail, and overall: the Grinch theme was played up brilliantly. The hosts were great and cracked some funny jokes, which, to be honest, is such a rare thing these days that I was very much impressed.
I would like to give thanks from the bottom of my heart to all the organizers and participants of this wonderful party. It was an incredibly fun, bright and cool event! Thank you for the party, it was unforgettable!
