I enrolled at RANEPA University in Moscow and simultaneously started working at Tinkoff Bank. At the same time, I founded the student organization. University Talks.

2014

We began actively organizing events for students and employers, attracting the attention of several brands who approached us to execute projects for them. To officially get paid for our work, I had to register as a sole proprietor. Our first corporate clients were MTS and Gett, marking the beginning of our journey with corporate clients.

2016

The abrupt termination of business relationships with partners left me, at one point, without an agency, yet still with ongoing obligations to clients and contractors. Life taught me a valuable lesson — everything can be lost except for connections. That moment inspired me to name my new agency "Svyazi" (Connections), becoming an ambassador for the idea that "Connections are everything." In Russian, the word "Svyazi" carries the same meaning as "Al Wasl" in Arabic.

2019

We primarily worked with international corporations, but one day in February, we suddenly found ourselves without clients. I decided to move to the UAE to develop the agency in the Middle East. Our entire team remained in Moscow and Kyiv, continuing to grow the agency further.

2022

Today, we are expanding in Russia and have also established a branch in the UAE, helping clients not only in our homeland but all over the world. To be continued…
