We localized training materials for CIS, UAE, and U.S. markets using AI and saved the company $10K in production costs
BRIEF
Hyundai needed a training solution to help dealership teams strengthen the sales skills that have the greatest impact on performance: communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and presenting vehicle value clearly.
Our task was to transform the existing materials into interactive presentations that would keep employees engaged, help them complete the modules independently, and improve knowledge retention.
The programme was created for sales consultants, senior sales consultants, and heads of sales.
Solution
Developed the programme as a series of six interactive presentations
With a clear structure, intuitive navigation, and visual and audio cues that made the content easier to follow
Added professional voice-over to every slide
Allowing employees to complete the training independently and at their own pace
Adapted the materials for the CIS, UAE, and US markets
By updating examples, wording, and contextual references for each audience
Used AI-powered translation and voice-over to speed up localisation
Support international rollout, and reduce production costs by approximately $10,000
Structured the training materials
The company already had the training materials, but they existed as a set of separate files with inconsistent structure, logic, and level of detail.
This made the content harder to navigate and reduced knowledge retention. Managers also spent extra time closing knowledge gaps within their teams.
We reworked the content structure, edited the copy, simplified the visuals, and added infographics to make the material clearer and easier to absorb.
Added a metaphor to make the content more engaging and explain the theory through everyday examples
Drew a parallel between the golden ratio and the animal world to explain a principle of automotive design
Developed a visual concept and designed the slides
We created a unified visual language for the programme, including a colour palette, typography, and a consistent style for illustrations, charts, and diagrams.
The concept followed Hyundai’s brand guidelines, with a strong visual focus on realistic depictions of the company’s vehicles.
We designed and animated six presentations, each consisting of 60 slides.
Voice-over and localisation
Listen to the English voiceover
We prepared narration scripts for each module, recorded the voice-over, and embedded audio into every slide so employees could complete the training independently and at their own pace.
Using the existing structure and design system, we localised the course within a tight timeline and adapted the wording and examples for the UAE and US markets.
We used AI for the voice-over and achieved quality comparable to professional narration, while helping the company save around $10,000.
RESULT
→ The project resulted in a unified training system that can be scaled across new markets without rebuilding the programme from scratch.
→ The new format helped improve customer service quality across dealership teams — one of the factors that supports stronger sales performance.
→ The course became easier to complete independently: the interactive format and voice-led delivery reduced the workload on managers and internal trainers, while helping new employees move through onboarding faster.
