We turned a cozy loft into a TV studio for an evening show: we set up a recognizable table and added a New Year's Eve vibe to it with decorations
Activities
Employees could send anonymous gifts to their colleagues. To do this, they had to fill out a form and wait for the distribution of the participants
Three weeks before the event, we launched a website to tell employees about all the features of the online corporate event and to invite them to join in the New Year's activities

On New Year's Eve December 30th, we launched a special radio podcast with greetings from colleagues, favorite music and Ariel Metal's horoscope for 2022

The company introduced a new employee appraisal system in 2021. Based on the results of this appraisal, 17 employees were awarded, each of them receiving commemorative prizes
EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AWARDS
Before the main activity - the New Year's quiz - the employees chatted with the host and their colleagues in the rooms and played " Re-enact the photo" with footage from New Year Eve's movies

For the guests, there were three rounds of games with varying degrees of difficulty of questions on the New Year's Eve theme. At the end of the evening, 3 employees with the highest number of points were awarded
