Hattan is a fragrance brand from Abu Dhabi creating premium, exclusive fragrances

The brand’s founder approached us to create a promotional AI video for a new Instagram account and build brand awareness
The video had to:
→ convey a premium image;
→ reflect a bespoke approach and attention to detail — from the ingredients to the bottle design;
→ look like live-action video rather than AI-generated content
The brand planned to use the video in paid promotion to attract new followers. It also planned to display the video on screens during Teeb Al Hazm, a major perfume exhibition in Abu Dhabi
Solution
In one week, we created an AI video with the look and feel of high-end production. We showed how a unique perfume comes to life — from a pencil sketch of the bottle to the finished product.
Process
Concept and script
The main challenge was that this was our first AI video for the fragrance category. We had no ready references or proven prompts to rely on — there are still very few similar AI videos on the market. So the project became an experiment — one we handled successfully
We took inspiration from Reels by CHANEL and Versace. We decided to show the creation of the fragrance and the bottle to reflect a bespoke approach at every stage
Hand-drawn pencil sketches helped communicate the idea that the brand pays attention to detail
We based the visuals on a golden colour palette, traditionally associated with luxury and premium positioning
Storyboard
We tested prompts and generated the video frames using AI tools. The client approved the frames for the final video, and we moved on to animation
Animation and editing
We animated each frame and edited them into a single video. We added background music to convey the right atmosphere

Our goal was to make the AI video look as realistic as possible. To achieve this, we worked meticulously on the visuals: colour-correcting the footage and adding texture
In the final frame, even fine hairs and skin texture are visible
Result
On the brand’s newly launched Instagram account, the video generated 9K views without paid promotion
