Briefing
At this stage, we define the goals and objectives that the future video should fulfil. Writing the terms of reference allows us to clearly formulate the requirements for the project and agree on all the details

Signing of the contract
All terms and conditions of co-operation are fixed in writing. This guarantees understanding of the rights and obligations of all parties. By default we offer payment on 50/50 basis

Creative concept
To achieve the best results, we develop a unique video concept. We compile a moodboard, selecting examples that best convey the mood and style of the future video. This stage allows us to form a clear idea of the visual design of the project

Creating graphics and illustrations
Our team carefully develops each scene of the video, creating illustrations or 2D/3D models on the basis of the moodboard and script. We draw illustrations, model scenes to achieve the best visual perception

Production
At this stage we animate all the illustrations in accordance with the pace of the voiceover. The video takes its final form, a professional voiceover in the chosen language is added, and licensed music is selected or a unique track is created by the composer. An important step is also adding background sounds and noises to create a complete sound design

When creating an animated reel, we walk through the following steps: developing a visual concept and writing a script to define the style, the mood and the main story points (1), creating a storyboard and animation for each scene to animate and convey the idea of the reel using 2D or 3D graphics (2), adding a voiceover, sound effects and music to emphasize emotions and enhance the perception of the reel (3), final checks and adjustments of the reel to make sure all the elements match the idea and work together harmoniously
A 2D business animation will be cheaper to produce and quicker to complete. It is great for simple and more stylized projects.
